I think just as in our healing, we don’t notice the cumulative effect of all the hard work. Then suddenly we see the result and its beautiful. Sending warmth and hugs to you my friend.

It’s hard to see progress when right in it, working on it over and over and it doesn’t seem to be coming off. Then suddenly, I was done!
